What brand of shirts do you use?
For our promo, we use standard lightweight 100% cotton shirts from trusted wholesale vendors. These are cost-effective and ideal for bulk promos. 👉 Premium shirt upgrades are available for customers looking for thicker fabric and a softer feel.
What kind of artwork do you need?
We require high-resolution artwork (AI, PDF, EPS, or high-quality PNG). ❌ Screenshots or low-resolution images are
not print-ready and may require artwork cleanup or redesign, which could affect turnaround or cost.
Is this a full-color print?
No. This promo includes 1-color screen printing only and 1 print location. Additional colors, locations, or special inks will require an added fee.
What does “ships in 7 days” mean?
“Ships in 7 days” means production begins after final artwork approval and completes within 5–7 business days,
then ships immediately.
⚠ This applies only to premium or rush upgrades.
Standard promo orders have an 8-week turnaround.
Why does production take time?
Each order goes through:
• Artwork setup & approval
• Screen creation
• Printing & quality check
This ensures consistency and quality—even at promo pricing.
Why can’t I mix garment colors in the promo?
Promo pricing allows one garment color only to keep production efficient and costs low. Mixing colors requires additional screens and setup fees.
